    In no event shall Mount Airy Casino Resort's liability exceed an amount equal to the total sum of all money lost by you during your visit to our casino, not exceeding the aggregate amount won at any time while gaming with us.

16. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations on Remedies

    Mount Airy Casino Resort disclaims warranty or liability for errors in game rules, payout amounts, odds, or any other related matter. Your sole remedy shall be a refund equal to your actual winnings during your visit to our casino not exceeding the amount of money lost by you while gaming.

17. Assignment

    These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned by User without prior written consent from Mount Airy Casino Resort.

18. Amendments to Rules and Regulations

    Mount Airy Casino Resort reserves its right, at any time, in whole or part, to amend these rules and regulations with due notice before making changes that affect game play or prize distribution.

19. Limitation of Actions

    Any action arising out of a dispute related to your access and/or use of Mount Airy Casino Resort's services shall be commenced within six months from the occurrence giving rise to such action.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Severability

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, Pennsylvania law without regard for its conflict-of-laws provisions, which will also apply to any arbitration or court proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions. If any provision hereof is held invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

21. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between User and Mount Airy Casino Resort regarding your access and/or use of our services.

22. Notice

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be notified via email by us if we have any changes to the terms or conditions listed below.You will also receive a text message notification when there are promotional offers available for gaming activities during specific times at Mount Airy Casino Resort's casino, but no other communications than those specified above will be sent by text message unless requested in writing.

23. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation under the laws and regulations applicable to Mount Airy Casino Resort in Pennsylvania, as set forth in Section 16.
